"Being a Friday, I couldn't believe they were able to get someone out to help us.  We were  without bath/shower, toilet, and washing machine for the whole day, but were grateful knowing that someone would be out by COB.  Bobby and David were exceptional as was the female who answered my calls  She was able to initially set up the appointment.  Bobby and David assessed the situation and jumped on the solution within 5 minutes of arriving.  They were able to completely unclog the water main and we were good-to-go within 30 minutes.  I don't understand the B ratings for price and, what was it...  "Responsiveness"? /"Punctuality"?  The cost was very reasonable and, given the time and day of the week, I'd say they were as responsive/punctual as possible.  We will use them again....as a matter of fact - got an appointment with them tomorrow morning for a different issue.  Thank you, Madison Plumbing! <br />"
