"Had a pressure reducing valve that went bad and didn't realize it was buried behind the water meter (Fla builders usually put in crawl space or garage); this caused my expansion tank and pressure relief valve to fail on water heater due to super high pressure. Crimson Long and his assistant from Hiller Plumbing came out earlier than scheduled appt. time, LISTENED to my encountered issues and repairs I had begun, were very PROFESSIONAL, Polite, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, provided an estimate for the PRV valve repairs and immediately began to solve my issue. Water heater is fixed, house is back protected with new PRV valve; I'm happy and the wife is ecstatic to have hot water back! Thanks Crimson Long and your asst. and Thank you Hiller Plumbing; your technicians have made me a customer for life.🙂"

"I suspected that my water pressure regulator had failed. This company was able to come out on the same day to check my water pressure and confirmed that I needed a new regulator. "Was able to schedule same day appointment because of a cancellation. Efficient and professional service."
