However, their customer services outside of the contractor they hired is not great. They will go weeks on end without giving you any type of update and since they do not notate things will, there was miscommunication."

They both appeared personally multiple times to check the progress. No matter who the company sent, they were courteous, pleasant, and professional. I do have to give a particular commendation to Frank as he was such a hard worker, respectful of the space, and went above and beyond for us. (Example.. Amazon delivery was outside the gate and despite being at the end of the day, he brought it in to us!) Larry was a perfectionist on the backsplash! "It was a great experience. We had to make sure and prepare for the right amount of time for the project to be done but Jerry and his team were incredible. The work was top notch and Jerry’s OCD made sure my TVs were hung to perfection as well as all of our wall speakers and in door golf simulator. Jerry also helped us source great deals for the equipment which really helped and his rates were very fair! We did not want to go too cheap on work like this in our home and Jerry kept his word.
