"Rob and his crew did a great job.. outside tuck pointing, crack repair, new damper, holes filled. Inside new mortar, smoke chamber fire proofed, new ceramic logs, silica, gas line. Showed us how to operate the new damper and light the fireplace. Perfect job."

"Needed all the bricks and retaining walls around patio removed so that the base layer could be leveled before rebuilding the patio with the existing bricks. It was a big job and JJ Sanchez did a beautiful job. The patio is level, looks amazing and it only took them 2.5 days to complete- amazing! The cost was very competitive compared to some others that bid. They did exactly what the written quote indicated; started the job when they said they would and as noted before did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!"

"Rivera Concrete Paving's $8,500 bid became $11,000. Owner Magdiel Rivera adds charges after you're committed and doesn't follow through after payment. Cost increases: I mentioned roots upfront - he said equipment could handle it, then charged $450. Said grading unnecessary, then created false urgency claiming we HAD to grade before concrete. Later said could grade after. Added $1,800. Crew broke drainage pipes, charged me $250. Couldn't move AC condenser despite my asking during estimate. Payment tactics: Said pay "when satisfied." Then requested half early, then full payment before done. When I said work incomplete, he asked "Don't you trust me?" then broke promises. Broken promises: Walkway cured wrong, no follow-up. $1,800 grading included 3-month landscaping - no communication. Promised debris cleanup, later said not responsible. Damaged 4-month fence, couldn't repair properly, paid $300 after pressure. Dismisses costs at estimate, adds them later. Makes promises, then excuses."

"Beautiful job. Very pleased with the quality of the work. The crew was efficient, competent, well supervised, and respectful of me and my property. Martin repaired a masonry retaining wall that had buckled and a paving brick patio that had become uneven over the years. Everything explained and completed on schedule and at the agreed to price. Had previously retained Martin for tree removal services with similar satisfying results. Will continue to use going forward."

"Excellent service. Great work. Trimmed bushes and trees, installed stones in front and side of home, planted scrubs, removed dead bushes. Clean up was great too."

"Jose was incredibly prompt in my request for a quote. He was able to schedule within my timeframe needs and the price quoted was reasonable. Jose showed up on the scheduled day on time and talked with me about what he was going to be able to fix (the brick repair was complicated and he was upfront on what could/couldn’t be done without completely rebuilding the stair wall. Jose did an amazing job performing the repair within the day, fixing way more than I thought would be fixable. Jose did a great job of cleaning up the job site and I couldn’t be happier with what he was able to do. Will definitely hire again for my next project."

"Clean, professional, and highly recommend. Got the job done quickly and did a great job matching the brick on both of the chimneys."

"Overall, I'm extremely impressed with LPD+Architectural Stonescapes. Ninety percent of the work was very good the first time; for the remaining part that had some problems, they returned twice more and kept after it until it was done. The bluestone repair, patching up a great big hole, is invisible. If anything, it looks better now that before the excavation. And supervisor Maria Larios was on-site taking charge of the most of the actual work, which is really rare in my experience. Thank you for excellent results.
