"I recently had a concrete patio, steps, and a shed pad installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team was prompt and professional, showing up on time and ready to work. Their communication was excellent—we always knew what to expect and when. Once they got started, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job in far less time than I expected without cutting corners on quality. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely use them again for future project. My neighbor already asked for their number lol."

"Poor communication and damaged our drive. We hired White Rabbit to patch an area of the concrete on our garage floor and apply a coating. During our consultation the sales person told us that patching the area we needed fixed wouldn’t be a problem. The installers were an hour late on the day of the job and the patch, along with about a 2.5 foot strip of the asphalt on our drive, pulled up the night after they left. They also laid down the wrong color coating. It took several back and forth calls, texts, and emails to get someone scheduled to come out and fix the damage. We were told not to worry that they were confident they knew why it happened, that the new fix would hold, and it wouldn’t be noticeable. On the second visit the original installer came back and dug out the area of the floor and the asphalt that had pulled up. The second attempt at patching wasn’t uniform, extended out way farther then needed, and was very noticeable. It also started to pull up again the next day. After more back and forth they sent someone else out to take a look. The person they sent out the third time was more knowledgable and told us that a patch after the coating has been laid down will always show and they shouldn’t have told us otherwise. He made arrangements to come out the next day, buff the floor down, fix the patch again, apply the right color seal, and patch the asphalt. The floor held this time, but dips down lower where the patch is. We have to watch for water pooling in the area when we get heavy rain. It’s not ideal, but something we'll have to live with. The asphalt patch never hardened, started to flake off around the edges, and turned green. This concerned us and we tried getting someone out from White Rabbit again to look at it or give us advice on what to do, but they began dodging us and even told us that they weren’t asphalt people and that the asphalt damage was preexisting. We couldn’t believe this reaction considering that we had been very patient throughout the whole ordeal, it was obvious that the damage was a result of their work, and they applied the asphalt patch, so we assumed they would know about the product they were using . They told us they were trying to figure out what the problem was and would get back to us, which they never did. We tried contacting the office to speak with a manager and also never heard back. In the end we had to seek out an answer on our own and spend additional money to resolve. Very disappointing especially considering they were almost double in price compared to other quotes we had gotten."

"After evaluating four different contractors we selected Dave's Concrete to do our driveway September <br /> 2014. We made a good choice. The owner, Rubin, and his staff are very experienced and take great pride in what they are doing. Rubin is very friendly to work with and is very concerned that his customers are happy with the work that has been performed. Rubin kept us updated as to when work would be performed and met his commitments. The pre pour building inspectors commented on the good materials that were used for the base. The finished product looked really nice and met our specifications. If I had more concrete work to be done I would go back to Dave's Concrete. <br />"

"Of the six or eight companies from which I received quotes, Armored Floors was the ONLY one that actually provided references, even though three others said they would. I spoke to two high-end contractors and one private-residence customer and all three raved about Armored Floors and the owner, Tammy. A certificate of insurance was provided as soon as I requested it. Overall, Armored Floors was prompt, professional, and careful. There was virtually no odor during/after installation. The crew were Tammy's employees, not subcontracted workers. The cleanup was perfect and the crew answered my questions fully. My cost was higher than average (by about $500) because I requested a moisture barrier which is not always necessary; however, for the exceptional result and full warranty, I believe my money was very well spent. The work included repair of cracks, repair of concrete subfloor in some areas, and removal of oil (see before photo#1030147). My garage floor looks amazing (see after photo #1000061) and because of the full flake granite system and decorative flakes, the floor is not at all slippery. I recommend Armored Floors without reservation and even told Tammy that she could give my name and phone number to customers requesting references."

"We had an aerobic septic system installed. Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and informative and continues to be even after job completion. He made working with the county departments painless. The project was completed sooner than expected (we could use toilets!). He told us the truth about what our yard would look like during and after the job. Despite this, he managed to do a wonderful job working around a tree and flowers which was no easy task! He also connected us to a great concrete guy to create a patio over where the old tank was. We have already recommended Countryside Plumbing to our neighbors."
