"the company set up an appointment to measure the surface area of my deck, rails and stairs. They were delayed when another appointment was double-booked, but they called and apologized. The representative came out, was very professional, measured my wood surface area, and informed me that my surface area was over 1000 sq ft. This, along with the greater than $4000 price astonished me. I declined to have Honey Do's do the work, and I requested and received a refund for the $299 deal."
