"A water leak from the upstairs bathroom created a mess in the drywall ceiling of my garage. Jesse gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair the damaged areas. He opened up access to the leak and gave me a chance to have a plumber come in and repair that part of the project. By that time, the water damage had spread to a couple more areas, and I notified Jesse of the increase in the scope of the project. He promptly returned, reassessed the damage, and provided me with another reasonable estimate. We gave the area about a week to dry out, and then Jesse (and Juan) returned to do the work. And what work they did--my ceiling looks perfect and matches the rest of the textured ceiling flawlessly. They worked at a steady pace, they worked cleanly and professionally, no loud music to fill the rest of the house while they were working, and when he notified me that they were done, I went out and was extremely well-pleased with the result. "I have used this service before with reasonable results but today was ridiculous. I booked for a few to-dos around the house: drywall repairs and hanging 2 light fixtures. They gave me a quote for it which would have been okay if the work was done well. The drywall needed small sheetrock patches not mesh and sparkle but that's what he did. The guy apologized, said he wasn't an electrician and couldn't do either light replacement. Then tried to charge me over $600 for a poorly done job with is guess maybe $20 in materials. When I balked at the price, they took an hour off labor because he just was standing around waiting for sparkle to dry and figure out what to do about the lights. I am appalled, I could tell the worker was embarrassed. It was all around disappointing. Never again. "
