"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"If you are looking to redo your floors in any part of your home, this is the company to hire. After reading some reviews, I contacted Dannys Flooring, LLC. The Sales Manager, Jeff, came out the following day to give me an estimate. After he gave me an estimate of the flooring I wanted, and where I wanted the work done, I compared pricing with 2 other estimates and contacted Jeff, again. We picked a date for installation. Jeff came the morning of installation to introduce us to his team of workers. After an 8 hour day, I would like to share with all of you my text with Jeff after the team of 5 or 6 young men left. Jeff, your team did an OUTSTANDING job, today. You will have to stop by to see how great the kitchen and laundry room floors look. We could not be happier with our choice of flooring, your help, and their installation work. They all worked very hard today to make us happy! Thank you so much! Please share my comments with Billy and the rest of the young men that were here today. They were all very polite and worked very hard all day, today. Another thing I would like to share is that this is a local company. The owner, Danny, and his brother, Billy, and their Sales Manager, Jeff all grew up in Charles County. What a great way to support our own."

"Empire Today offered a decent carpet with competitive pricing. The material estimate came up a little short but the company honored the original quote a as nd provided the material. Getting the carpet installers back to complete the job took a bit of time though."

"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. Highly recommend D&S!"

"CONSTRUCTION MASTER LLC did an excellent job installing the flooring in my house. Eli provided an accurate estimate of the materials we needed. The crew working on the floor was professional, hardworking, and punctual, showing up on time every day. They were also flexible and easy to communicate with. After the job was completed, we noticed a few minor issues. I contacted them, and they came the very next day to fix everything"

"The project coordinator (Mike) arrived on time for the estimate, promptly provided that estimate, and was a professional throughout the project. Demo and install work started on time. Sanding/finishing work took several days longer than expected. Overall work generally looked very good. Unfortunately, they stumbled a bit on some important details, such as: failed to reinstall the toilet and sink they removed in a 1/2 bath; failed to properly fill holes where old stair treads met stringers; did not know when to use caulk vs. wood filler; poor initial repair of several damaged boards; forgot to install quarter-round in several places; etc. They ran a good race but stopped short of the finish line and had to be coaxed across. I like these guys (especially the finisher Jose) and would hire them again, but wish I had not been put in the position of needing to serve as the quality control supervisor. Otherwise, they easily would have earned a 5. UPDATE 6/15/202: The estimator and project manager showed up on time and provided a timely estimate. Demo and install proceed on time and quickly. Sanding/finishing work was delayed a bit. Ultimately, the work was very good, although I had to point out and push for the correction of numerous quality issues. Although I wish I was not put in the position of serving as the quality control supervisor, the quality issues were ultimately addressed to my satisfaction. They are nice folks to work with and I would hire them again."

"Larry was an adventure to work with--in a good way.  We arranged everything through phone and text which was perfect for me, but very different from the full-service salesmanship you can get from other places.  From the moment we talked (and, admittedly, all his positive reviews on Angies' List), I had every bit of confidence that he would do a great job, but there was nothing I could point to that would support this confidence--just a feeling.
It was like taking your car into a really good small-town mechanic.  He's not going to walk you through it, he's just going to fix it.  I'm sure if I had questions, Larry would have answered them, but I didn't know what to ask and he wasn't volunteering.  Communication just isn't his thing.
He was concerned that our floor was quite thin and took extra care in sanding it. The floor is no longer level (we have to fold paper under the legs of all our tables), but I assume this is because of the material he had to work with.
I thought he was going to do the job in three days, but it ended up taking over a week because he would show up some days and not others. This wasn't a problem for us (we hadn't moved in yet and had given him a key to let himself in).  Toward the end of the week, we let him know that we needed it finished so we could have other work done and he happily accommodated.  If you have a specific timeframe for your project, be sure to let him know upfront--it's part of that whole communication thing.
Bottom line:  he does good work for a good price, but I had to set my control-freak tendencies aside and just trust.

"Amazing job I could not believe the different variation of stains he talk out. The saying is true you get what you paid for. We got a great but a far better professional who had passion for what he was doing."

"AD Floors installed my living room hardwood floor after removing my old carpet. My living room looks lovely! They even help me moving my furniture. Great price and service!"
