"The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate.  They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard.  Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs.  We really couldn't ask for a better experience.  Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others."

"They were recommended by Sears to remove an old Jenn Air stove and <br /> replace it with a new Jenn Air stove. We have an old house and there is <br /> no way to install an overhead fan/vent for a stove, and the old stove <br /> was installed in the early 1970s. So we had no other replacement <br /> choices. In short, due to a wide variety of problems related to the <br /> prior installation being done wrong, differing counter top heights on <br /> either side of the new drop-in stove (old one was free standing), <br /> sloping floor, and new stove design affecting installation, there were <br /> multiple problems. It took far longer than anticipated to get the new <br /> stove in place; and , in spite of many efforts (they have installed <br /> several hundred stoves for Sears) it just wasn't right. They agreed to <br /> return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part <br /> and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve <br /> the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back <br /> and reinstalled the stove. And it looks great. <br />"

"The key to any successful remodel is communication and flexibility. Cole was very attentive to my needs and requirements and provided valuable suggestions in addition to excellent craftsmanship. <br /> He suggested a way to save on the tile required for the floor and shower. He also found a very reasonably priced source for the cabinetry. I saved so much through his suggestions that I was able to afford a custom granite top. <br /> <br /> From beginning to end the job went very smoothly. Cole was on the job and the work progressed smoothly, exactly as he promised. He was on-site when he said he would be and completed each stage of the work as he predicted. If I had questions, he was easy to reach. <br /> The dry wall sub he brought in was also excellent and did a superb job matching the texture and finish of the existing wall. <br /> <br /> All in all a terrific job and I am very happy with the results."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Helena, MT

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
