The stucco exterior had quite a bit of green mold and actual moss in some of the stone facade. They also cleaned the second level deck and the first level patios. The mold and moss is gone and the house exterior is sparkling clean again. I was quite happy with their work and professionalism. "Salvador and his employee Robert were great. Showed up on time every day at the time he said he would be there. Robert his employee worked just as hard when the boss wasn’t there as when he was. Great worker. Salvador was great and very fare to deal with. Prep work and clean up was perfect. Best price and we had a few quotes. Also Salvador at SMG uses Sherwin Williams paint not some cheap box store brand. SMG was willing to go the extra mile on everything. He also fix a few things extra. When we go to paint the inside SMG is who we will have do the work. We also recommended them to our friends."
