"My husband and I moved into a house with a rain catchment system on it, with no idea how to run or maintain it. We reached out to Viking Water Well, after we couldn't find anyone else to come out and tell us why we suddenly lost water. It turns out our pump had burned up, because it was at the top of the hill pulling water instead of at the bottom of the hill pushing the water up, like it should have been. Sheldon came out, and told us what the problem was. We needed to move the pump and pressure tank to closer to where the water was coming from, and he was able to do that for us. When we decided to add an additional tank to our system we called them back up. They came out and in one day had a new water holding tank installed. They've helped us replace our UV Sterilization lamp, as we did not know what we were doing. Always friendly, always super helpful, and in my opinion fairly priced."

Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. Replaced that OLD sump pump cleaned out the trash in the well of the sump pump also. Installed the new one for a good price, he quoted me first before he started the job. I will call him again. "Excellent - I had initially called to have them come out to do an evaluation/estimate of our current set-up and just mentioned the pump saver over the phone since several of our neighbors wells having been having issues.  Eric and Chris were on time and brought the pump saver just in case I wanted to have it installed.  Great customer service and they answered several questions I had about softeners and our current set-up.  Eric also performed a free test of our water and priced out an alternative to our current water softener.
I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and will definately be using them in the future.
