Communication regarding the work to be done, pricing and time frames was excellent. The crew that performed the work were trustworthy to the point that I gave a key to my home allowing them to come in and get the work done when I wasn't home. Throughout the job the crew communicated next steps asking for and taking into account my expectations, they were friendly, professional and extremely hard working. Work was completed within the projected time frame, with the work reaching all my expectations and beyond."

"John and his crew recently redid the entire outside of the house. Tore off the old and installed new siding, trim, soffits, etc. He was very fairly priced. John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great. "Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. He showed up with 7 guys and they all went straight to the project I guess was assigned before they arrived. Great crew, under a great boss! The most amazing thing was for someone so professional to have underbid by 30% the next bid and still come and do quality installations.
