He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. He used 1/2" plywood (code) - Douglas fir (quality). Job was completed on time. During the original estimate he recommend replacement of the gutter guards which was also done. Clean-up was thorough. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed.
