"So I had a VERY old Janitrol gas boiler which was actually working fine up until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a little bit of water intermittently. Then the last week the leaking was sow yet much more constant. The leaking was coming from under the cement platform it sat on, so wasn t 100 percent sure it was the boiler. Until the recently installed (by another company) automatic water feeder started feeding about every 3 hours. Went on HomeAdvisor, On Time Piping and Heating was one of the first companies to pop up. Received a call from Matty almost immediately. This was a Saturday night, and he stopped by my house the next morning, determined that it was indeed a leaking boiler that needed to be replaced. Matty and his crew came out on Tuesday morning, arrived at 7am, and by approx 10am had a new working Williamson boiler. About 3 hours later their electrician came out and did the finishing touches. Their electrician noticed an issue with the previously installed automatic water feeder, and Matty had two of his team members come out two days later to put in a new electronic automatic water feeder which is much more compatible with the new boiler. Now everything is working great and much more efficiently. Matty and his crew are like family. Work great together, busting each other s chops in a friendly manner while quickly and effectively completing the job at hand. Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and they do not talk down to you. I recommend them to anybody who wants top notch, quick, and effective work done on their home heating system. "I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."
