The project included taking down a bearing wall and replacing it with header, gutting the entire area and putting in new insulation and sheetrock, moving and replacing a window, putting in a new tile floor, new cabinets, quartz countertop, subway tile backsplash, new interior doors, moving plumbing and rewiring electric and installing high hats and pendant lights, painting walls, ceiling, doors and new molding throughout. The actual cost of the job came very close to our estimate, only going over a reasonable amount because of issues with electrical and plumbing when the walls were opened due to the age of the house. Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed.
