"It all started with a door knock. We were in need of getting our windows replaced and a gentleman knocked on our door. Turns out, he was setting up appointments for window replacement. After hearing a little about the technology in the windows I wanted to set up an appointment. The availability was good and next thing you know July is at my door with some samples. The sound dampening and heat retention features were all I needed to hear. The window tech does a lot more than that but I was sold at those features. We settled on the number of windows and agreed on financing then setup financing. They even helped with our HOA request to have work done. A date was decided on for service and Tadas arrived with his partner. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing. After all was done an inspection was had and everything was good. All in all the experience from start to finish was great! The wife and I are happy."

"The winter temperatures of 2022-23 were a bit harsh on our siding. We were utilizing our whole house humidifier to keep our house comfortable but the combination of the moisture and extreme temps led to some of our siding warping around two of our upstairs windows. It was very startling and concerning to see our siding buckle virtually overnight. We needed to make sure there wasnâ t damage underneath the siding and have it repaired as quickly as possible. When the forecast called for bad weather the day we had scheduled, Trey reached out and asked if he could come earlier (on the weekend) to make sure our house could be fixed before the next storm moved in! He showed up on time and with a couple crew members to to do the fix. They did a fantastic job! He removed the old siding and before they replaced it, he brought us out to show us there was no damage underneath. He color matched the old paint in our house perfectly! He and his crew were punctual, considerate and they left our yard and patio clean. Weâ re incredibly pleased with the repair! We are hiring Trey to trim out our remaining doors and windows when paints our house in the spring. He does great work for a very reasonable price!!"

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

"Mario came out and did an excellent job of matching the siding color, and replacing the two panels that were damaged. He also repaired some damaged wall trim at the gate entry. He replaced the sprinkler valve that was leaking. He will be coming back to repair some panels around our breaker panel which will be needing to be done as soon as the electrical work is finished. "Everything went well. 4 windows and a patio door replaced. I called with the approximate window sizes (after having another contractor out who wanted way to much money for the windows.) They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them. *The work*
The work started precisely within the timeframe that Tom gave us, and there were no surprises along the way.  Within a few days of the delivery of a dumpster, port-o-potty, and the permit work began on the house.  The crew worked very efficiently and had the entire house re-sheathed, wrapped and sided within 1 week.  Tom even included a "personal touch" in adding crown molding to our porch, which looks great!  Tom, and his wife Sherri, helped us pick the paint colors that match the existing features on our house, which was a big help too!  The painting crew (that Tom set up) arrived and had the house caulked, painted and finished within 3 days.  He truly took care of all the work from start to finish.
