"Great! They were on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and finished all replacements in less than an hour (including the time to go get the needed replacement fixtures). Both technicians were very friendly and polite, and even provided a little education on some cost-saving possibilities for future lighting projects. "Very straightforward. Salesperson/designer made an appointment (we called), came out, worked with my wife to understand our specific requirements and design a system that would meet them. I removed old shelving in advance of the installation so that I could patch holes and paint over them; they could have removed the shelving and done patching, but I don't believe the result wouldn't have had quite the same finished look (no time for drying, sanding, painting). Installation was scheduled about 2 weeks after original design meeting, just the right timing for us. On the day of installation, they were delayed an hour or so by a truck problem, but sent extra installation people so that completion of the work would not be delayed. Crew was very professional, made some minor adjustments to deal with non-square closet walls, and did an excellent job overall. We are quite pleased with the results."

Three or four months later we had a wind storm and it knocked three or four shingles off. I called Mark and he came back out to fix it. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job. <br />"
