"My husband and I had such a pleasant experience with Rapt Homes, so we just wanted to share a bit here. We recently experienced a broken garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. We did not find the leak right away, so significant damage was done to the cabinetry. The bottom collapsed from the water damage, and we were left with a completely non-functioning space. Rapt Homes was able to rebuild the foundation of the cabinet, prime, paint, and install sliding drawers for ease of use. The work was completed in just a few hours, and the kitchen was left just as clean as when the work began. We love our new cabinet space. Our only wish is that we had opted to do the work sooner, as we thought that it would be a bigger undertaking than it was. We also opted to have renderings done for both our kitchen and basement. They are two spaces that we have always wanted to improve, but have been apprehensive to take on such big projects. The plans are simply beautiful, and we are sure that the new rooms will bring us such peace in our home. Firstly, we are looking at completely remodeling our kitchen, as it lacks functionality, and is outdated by any standard. We discussed our every wish with Sean at Rapt Homes, and not a single detail was missed. My husband is a chef, and the kitchen will be worthy of his talents, and we anticipate entertaining more than we ever have before in a space that we can be so proud of. The designs took our breath away, seeing our dreams come to light. We both saved each picture to our phones as a reminder of what the future holds. We also had Sean design a full basement remodel for us, taking advantage of the space that merely serves as storage and laundry. It will be a beautiful space for ourselves and for guests, including an additional bathroom. The juxtaposition between our upstairs and our basement in the summertime is one of our biggest motivators, as the basement is so comfortably cool, and completely unutilized. Once again, we gave our input on exactly what we are hoping to do with the space, and the designs did not disappoint. We are elated to know that one day soon, we'll have an entire second living space, something that we've been wanting since we purchased our home ten years ago. 2026 will be a year of vast improvements, and bringing our home up to the standards that we have always wished for. "After we purchased and submitted our own permit for our screened in patio, Jose and his crew got to work right away pouring the concrete. This was a big job and they worked hard to get it done in 2.5 weeks for us. Our patio is beautiful! I gave a B instead of an A because of the screening job itself, they are not top quality screens like we asked for, they have held up okay, however wear and tare are already apparent. My husband also had to touch up a few things since the job. Overall we were satisfied with them!"
