"Absolutely superb experience with this pro. Customer service responded within minutes of my placing the order, a time was scheduled, and the electrician appeared precisely at the time expected, they called before arriving (as I asked them to do) and every aspect of what I'd asked the Customer Service rep to relay to the electrician doing the work had been passed on the the Pro who showed up at my door. The Pro took minimal time to track down the problem, found the fix to be something simple, and then he showed me how to clean the breaker so it would fully trip into the "OFF" position the next time the breaker needed to indicate it was in fact--OFF. The reinstalled all of the switches into the 4-gang box, made it look perfectly even and balanced. He cleaned off the face plate and the rocker switch faces after installation, and the job was "perfect" and "perfect is good enough." "The company called to notify when the employees were coming and called again when they were close to the home. The electrician was highly skilled and able to complete a difficult task. The task involved adding a 20 amp circuit so the new dishwasher could function off of the dedicated circuit and the garbage disposal could receive current from a new electrical box as well. Old meets new for sure and the electrician gave an honest assessment of the power and how the panel should be upgraded and grounded in the future. So...great workers, professional, and importantly everything they did was up to code and SAFE!"

"Needed panel upgrade since hom built in 70s. The company responded immediately and gave me the best written estimate. I ended up using them for other work as well. On day of panel upgrade (which took about 2wks because that was when energy company could come out to cut all power and remove their meter). Installers did all needed to be done before city inspector came to sign off his okay. It took about six hours to complete whole process ( I guess time varies depending on energy company to turn off and come back to turn on all electricity only after permit city inspectior had signed off on work). Owner and staff were very nice and easy to communicate with. Even when really busy, they make it a point to get back to you as promptly as possible. This is a small family business with a small staff so once I understood this, it made me more comfortable to deal with and help me understand their flexiblity and how I also had to be flexible on appointments. I intend to keep using them for for all my future electrical needs."

"The technician, Jered, provided me a reasonable quote for the services needed. He was very friendly and professional in his trade as well as providing fantastic customer service. He arrived on time the next day and prepared to accomplish the required jobs. He warm, receptive person who is willing and knowledgeable to answer all electrical concerns I had. He made all adjustments to light fixture height to suit our family needs. Once light fixture was installed, he moves on to changing out the light switch. He cleaned up after the installing and was willing to dispose of any trash that accumulated during the install. The exterior security light was swapped out with any delays.
