"I needed extensive repairs to my daughters front door on the house she recently purchased. The door had been butchered and hung incorrectly by the previous owner. Mr Joseph was able to restore the door to a just like new condition. All the while he performed this task as well as repairing her porch railings, and painting in the most professional manner, along with a friendly, considerate, and caring attitude. If you need any type of services Mr, Joseph offers, which are many, I recommend his services. His work is outstanding."

"This worked out great. Richard followed up on my request right away and set up an appountment for the following day. He said to buy the locks I want (he made some brand recommmendations) and he would work with whatever choices I wanted. When he arrived I actually had additional locks I was hoping to install, along with a keypad lock and he not only had no problem with the change in plans but took the time to explain everything he was doing and why (some damage to the doors required a change of plans). He took his time, listened to my requests and did great work. Overall this was fast, friendly service and I felt his price was very fair. Would 100% use Richard again without hesitation."

"We hired Mr. Scantling and his crew to redo the drywall on a floor to ceiling fireplace and rebuild a half wall previously done by an incompetent contractor and to repair/replace bulging splayed corner seams throughout the house. I was very nervous because we'd had such a bad experience with the previous contractor but Mr. Scantling and his men did excellent work and were very efficient. They finished the whole job in just under two days while being considerate of our schedules (my husband works from home). They didn't mind answering all my questions and were a very congenial crew. But the best part (for me) was that they truly did clean up after the job. This was one of the cleanest home repair/remodeling jobs we've had done in quite a while. I am happy to recommend this company and would use them again."

"I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"

"Bob communicated well. I sent pictures over beforehand of the work I requested. Unfortunately the quality of the work did not work out for me. When removing the old wood splines, many of them cracked and the door itself cracked in many places. I am unsure why this work was attempted without removing the door and putting it on some saw horses for stability to relieve the stress placed on the door.
It pains me to write a poor review because he was a super nice gentlemen, and I could tell he also not happy with the quality of the work provided, but at the end of the day, I will most likely have to purchase a new door or spend substantial time calking and smoothing over the cracks in the door caused during the screen removal and replacement.
He fixed the door latch inside easily and well. He then told me my crooked storm door could not be adjusted or fixed. So all-in-all I paid for four hours of work, got about two out of it. In all fairness to Bob, he offered to come back and do additional work, but because of what happened with the door, I am not sure I will take him up on it. I am sure for basic handyman work, he would be a good choice, just didn't work out for me.

"The customer service was amazing from the girl, Kelly who answered the phone and scheduled them to come out all the way to the maintenance person there. I appreciated their work and they fixed it fast.

"After inspecting the needed work Wes gave a reasonable estimate for a minor repair/paint job to replace a section of rotten trim on fascia board. He performed the work just as he said, within the timeframe he estimated. I'm very happy with his professionalism and punctuality. I would definitely hire him again for handyman work.

"Moving was excellent, we paid a flat rate for 4 movers for 5 hours, and they showed up with 4 movers, plus a foreman who directed the work hands-on and a company rep who supervised. Friendly people, worked hard and moved fast. Showed up on-time.
A couple of notes: 1) They did not wrap most furniture in blankets or plastic to move them. Other movers I've had in the past would wrap everything up beforehand. They were careful and didn't do any real damage, maybe one item scraped a wall a bit once or twice. And I believe they would have done this on request.
2) You need to fill out an estimate form on their website, even when buying through Angie's list. I filled it out accurately, however they had substantially over-estimated the work required. They said we needed a 5-man team for 8 hours, and it took a 4-man team around 4 hours to do the work, start to finish. I had my own idea about the effort and purchased the 4-man, 5 hr package, which ended up being the right deal for us.
I did have everything ready to go, all boxes packed and stacked, exercise equipment dismantled, etc, that may have made a bit of a difference in the time spent.
Overall, they did an outstanding job at a very nice price, I would recommend these movers.
