I dealt with one pool company where I could never get responses and I after that company failed to meet contractual obligations, I had this company take over the project. We also offer Big Green Egg grills (and smokers) for the barbecue enthusiasts. New to our product line toys from Melissa & Doug, a name that stands for quality. We are offering their Sun and Sand line for the youngsters in your life. Quality pool toys, also ideal for the backyard or beach. They didn't bother to check the water or cleanliness. And then told me I had to pay for a plug (which should be included in the price of the closing). Then another $250 for the closing."

"If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didn’t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasn’t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasn’t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didn’t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didn’t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and we’ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!"

Resurrection Builders has been in business since 1996. We are a smaller company of 4 employees. Because of our size, we can still provide that personal service customers are looking for. We have a small list of extremely qualified sub-contractors. We would utilize them in a project such as a home addition that required many different trades. However, we maintain resposibility and accountability with our home-owner throughout the job process. Most jobs are paid for with a deposit and a final payment when work is completed.
