"As always, Short Pump Heating & Air continues to excel at customer service. The technician, Scott, showed up right on time (which is typical for SPH&A), extremely courteous (also typical), and did a timely but thorough job of the system checkup. This may be my favorite local business in the Richmond area; I feel I get a tremendous amount of value for the products and services they provide. When we needed our downstairs unit replaced two years ago, I went to great lengths to find the best possible value. During my research, I kept seeing comments about how great Short Pump Heating & Air was, and I have to say, it's all true. When they installed the downstairs unit, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the entire team, from the office staff to the technicians to the owner. In fact, I was so impressed that I had them replace the upstairs unit a year later, and didn't think twice about whom to call. As a homeowner, it gives me great peace of mind to have such a reliable organization as SPH&A for something as important as our heating and cooling system. This most recent service may have been a routine maintenance check, but it's great to know they still commit themselves to service excellence for their customers. A+ to Scott and the entire SPH&A team."

"Great. I suggested the entire drain be replaced. He suggested something else that worked and saved us money!!"

"This business has great customer service and great service.. the repair guys are friendly thorough and they clean up behind them selves"

"Southern Plumbing of VA (804) 749-0303) is an A lister! Within 3 days I went from finding the leak and the spinning water meter to a complete fix in the pouring rain on Wednesday evening. They showed up on time, explained what they could do, kept me informed, focused on my job without distraction, and cleaned up as they fixed things. They gave me an accurate invoice so that the insurance could pay me very quickly. They live up to their web page . Many thanks for a job well done."

"Everything went great. I didn't have time to research, I just took the first person who was going to come fix it. They were here when we needed them.

Their promptness stood out. That was an emergency situation because once that line bursts, there is a lot of pressure there. Water was going everywhere so we basically had to shut the water off to our house. Just having someone just come within an hour was very helpful for us.

"Thank you so much for excellent service. Osman was prompt, professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done. I called Saturday morning, by early afternoon the problem was fixed. I trust all my plumbing needs to ARS and Rescue Rooter. This isn't the first time I used ARS, ARS replaced by water heater."

"Outstanding experience. Bob is an expert, explains exactly what was wrong and promptly repaired it. Bob has repaired leaky bathroom facuets, slow drains, maintenance on our tankless water heater. All work completed efficiently and arrived on time. Highly recommend Bob and Bear Mechanical."

"After calling to explain the problem, was told to turn the system off with the possibility that someone might come out the same day. They called back shortly to set up an appointment for service at an agreeable time the next day (within 24 hours). The two men arrived on time and checked the equipment. They found the likely cause of the problem, were very pleasant, informative, and professional. We plan to set up a seasonal maintenance program with this same company for two independent heating/cooling units in our home.
