"Matt did a great job in locating and installing a replacement hot water tank. He was very thorough and explained everything as he was doing the work. Beyond the original work he quoted, he also replaced an old shutoff valve and was able to maintain the original estimate. He also called me the day before the appointment to confirm that everything was ready for the appointment day and time. Start to finish was a little over 2 hours to drain and remove the old tank, replace the old valve, fabricate new water line adapters and install the tank. He reviewed the operation with me and lighting the pilot and the indicators on the heater ignition controller."

"From our initial meeting  Anthony Musumeci, the owner of Primo Tiles, impressed me as knowledgeable and professional.  He analyzed the job with acute attention to detail was very informative and offered several helpful suggestions.  While describing his background and qualifications, he indicated with pride that he had been working alongside his father since he was 6 yrs old and has been self-employed for 15 yrs.  He also said that he it was his intent to make everything as easy as possible for me - and he certainly did that.  His crew, which consisted of  himself, his father and brother arrived early each day and worked straight thru an 8-9 hr day.  They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up at the end of each day.  It was clear from the first day that I had chosen the right contractor.  The bathroom remodel included the following: <br /> - - tearing out 1 and 1/2 inches of concrete shower walls before installing a new tiled shower including new plumbing/fixtures <br /> - -install marble around entrance to shower and threshold <br />  - - installing new plumbing/fixtures in separate bathtub requiring cutting an access panel and re-sealing like new <br /> - -finding a way to cut and make adjustments to cut iron pipes in order to properly install a new toilet the right way vs making-do with the old set-up <br /> - -install new tile floor <br /> - -install new sink/vanity and countertop <br /> - -install new exhaust fan and new electrical outlets <br /> - -install 2 new shelves and cabinet  hardware <br /> - -beautiful paint job including cabinets <br /> It was obvious each day and at the job completion that a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship runs through the Primo Tiles family.
