"Courteous, professional, attention to detail"

"Very professional and knowledgeable about the process and project. I wasn’t familiar with the company outside of the commercials. The product looks solid, but for the pricing, we decided to use the funds to do 3 other projects and just do an outdoor deck."

"Ben and Brian came to our house and completed an electrical panel swap out from a 100amp service to a 200 amp service. Their professionalism and quick work saved us time, money, and future power capacity issues. They are experienced and knowledgeable all the way around. Thank you for the excellent work!"

"was absolutely amazed by the work that they did. very nice people, trustworthy, hard workers. helped a great deal with design, and made sure that it was everything I was looking for. definitely recommend for anyone!"

"So happy we chose R&D for our exterior wall repairs! they were great to work with throughout the process of what turned out to be a complicated issue. Their communication was really appreciated as they dug into things and problem solved some unique issues with how the previous home owners had cut corners on the house. R&D wasn’t the cheapest initial bid we received but I have no doubt that we would have wound up paying more in the end for a lower quality result with anyone else. Thanks guys!"

"Vince and his team did excellent work for us. From start to finish, the project did not take long at all. He was very responsive whenever we needed something. He would call or text back all of the time. He is willing to work within whatever parameters you want to set. He wants to make sure you are satisfied with the work, and will make adjustments as requested."

"Sandiel Construction did a full remodel for us and was beyond our expectations- it turned out absolutely beautiful. Sandiel is extremely skilled and pays great attention to detail. He did our siding, demo, insulation, drywall, electrical, windows and paint - not only was it done beautifully but it was done timely. I fully recommend Sandiel Construction for your next project."

"Very pleased with our sunroom and they did a great job."

"The roofers were very considerate to my needs and my neighbors. They swepted up after each day and informed me and updated me of the various issues that they discovered as they went along. I would highly recommend this company for roofing and other projects."

"Chris and Tom were competent, professional, caring. Considering the weather they finished my outdoor projects in a timely manner. Their clean up was excellent. Will call them again."
