He made sure that I understood all aspects of the work, and did not quit until I was satisfied. And, most importantly, he and his crew were friendly and open. They made the whole job an exceptional experience. My only criticism is that, due to circumstances, the job took longer than expected. That negative turned out to be merely an annoyance.
