It was a pretty large project and I’m a pretty picky person, so I wanted to be sure that I was getting the best quality at a fair price. They did a FANTASTIC job! They built a pretty large double tier retaining wall in a steep slope, leveled the top part of the yard to make it usable, graded the entire backyard, brought in sod, ran irrigation, filled the beds with soil for my garden, and pinestrawed a very large area. I was impressed with their attention to detail, their professionalism, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, their communication. The owner went above and beyond to answer every question and thoroughly communicate every step of the way. "I called for an appointment Thursday morning and they said they would arrive Friday after lunch. They were on time and immediately got to work after I showed them the few problems I had with my sprinklers. They replaced one that had broken off Jorge windstorm and restored the landscape to the way it was before they started the repair. They then went around the yard and checked all of the sprinkler heads finding several that needed re-aiming and one needed replacement after completing the job and restoring all the landscape to the as found condition they presented me with a bill that I thought was for a much smaller job. I was so pleased with the quick and professional service these two gentlemen offered. . I will be contacting them in the future if I have other needs with my sprinkler system or any other home repairs that is within your purview. If 10 stars had been a choice they would be deserving of receiving 10 stars!"

"Bwana, who made contact and evaluated my property was very professional and polite and knowledgeable. The person who came the first time to perform the service either forgot, or did not know he had to do the backyard. The office was very nice about scheduling an extra visit to do the backyard, although I cannot be sure it has been done because there are still a lot of weeds. Time will tell. I am getting quarterly applications because I don't like a lot of chemicals and this schedule has worked when I did it myself."
