"In Oct 2025, I paid Roof It Forward $2,950 to have my brothers roof power washed, let dry over night, and then 2 coats of sealant applied the next day. It was just brought to my attention on Monday, that the roof was NOT power washed ... and only 1 coat of sealant was applied. The work was witnessed by my brothers neighbor and brought to my attention on Monday ( the 1st time we have spoken since I had the work done ) while we were talking about another issue at my brothers home.. I had no way of knowing this before I paid for the work, and thought it had been done as stated in my contract. I have notified Roof It Forward , and was met with hostility and refusal to do anything. Stating everything was done according to the contract. They went so far as to say the neighbor was "slandering" their company and not telling the truth, and asking for "video proof or pictures" of the work being done. I told them the neighbor had no reason to do these things, and did not know what was supposed to have been done until I mentioned it to him on Monday. It was at that time I found that the work was NOT done per my contract, and what I had paid for ! I am not happy with his situation, and was highly over charged for what was actually done, and would like at least 1/3 of my money back. It is too late to go back now, and clean the roof correctly ( power wash it) since a coat of sealant was already applied over dirt and debris.."

Great quality materials and completed to my specifications. They also painted inside and outside, installed new tile to my foyer floor, and demolished my old deck in the back and rebuilt a beautiful new deck with new stairs and finished screened porch with electrical. We look forward to more projects with them as we bring this 1965 ranch into this century. They were very professional, and very easy to work with. They listened and made any adjustments needed.
