"My water heater sprung a leak Saturday morning. Was contacted by a loyal representative. I informed the rep on the phone twice what I wanted for the new water heater (exact replacement of the old one). Service man (Anthony called me Monday morning to let me know they were on their way). I asked if he had the water heater with him he told me no and going to see what they were dealing with. When I got home Monday night, I was ?NOT HAPPY ? with what I saw. A completely different water heater than what was in my house and opposite of what I asked for. Contacted Loyal plumbing and told the person who answered my call about how unhappy with what they installed in my home. She told me that she would relay message to a manger (Josh). Several hours later , Josh called me. He said he listen to all the recordings and he heard me ask for a Rheem water heater (plastic exterior). Then he basically told me that it was our fault. How many times do they have to tell them. Profits? $$ BEWARE DONOT HIRE"

"Guys were on time, friendly and worked quickly. They installed a new kitchen faucet and a soap dispenser. For sure would hire them again."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"They replaced a compost toilet with a flush toilet. The work was done reasonably well but they grossly overcharged for what they did. I trusted the Better Business Bureau to recommend only reputable vendors and Action Mechanical took advantage of my trust. I do not recommend them unless you are scrupulous in reviewing the estimate and insist on a detailed written invoice. Do not sign any papers the technicians produce. "

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
