They made sure every single bat was gone before they collected the final payment even though it meant coming out 4 to 5 times. They were very fair with the pricing, especially since bat exclusion is very expensive. They explained the process in great detail, so much so that it made us realize that the other company who quoted us would have illegally removed the bats, keep in mind they’re federally protected, & we the home owners could have gotten in trouble. I would recommend them to anyone who needs animal removal. Their warranty was such a good deal we even signed up for pest services. Melissa contacted us two weeks in advance to let us know when our first treatment starts, and they’re a local family owned business. "Have called 3 times over the course of 2 days to set up an appointment. Was told by all 3 people that a manager had to call us back to line up an appointment for a termite specialist to come out and make an assessment. Was told by all 3 people that we’d be “moved up made a priority.” Have not heard from anyone at all. We called Wednesday, Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon. If a manager could actually get in contact with us, that’d be great considering we have a contract with you, otherwise we’ll be moving to a different company. This is ridiculous."
