His professionalism, honesty, and clear communication truly set him apart. During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. I had an active water leak in my kitchen supply line super low in the wall by the slab. Plumber Dallas was able to locate and repair and performed an excellent job! He explained the situation, gave options while explaining everything thoroughly, was very courteous and cleaned up everything when finished. Definitely recommend this company!
