"Everything went great.  I made the initial call to Don who scheduled the
service.  His guys showed up on time and ready to get the job done. 
They were very polite and answered any questions and explained what they
were going to do. After bringing their equipment in, making sure not to
mess up the carpet, they got started in the bathroom. After a couple of
times in and out, about 2 hours or so, they were finished.  The wanted
me to inspect their work and make sure I was happy with it.  They
explained their warranty and went over the care and maintenance of the
new finish then they were on their way.

"Mr. Howard and his employees did a great job. They had a big job due to the massive roots growing in my old clay pipes from the house to the city connection. They showed up when we scheduled, completed the job, got the inspection and all permits required. They were patient in explaining everything they were doing (cause I had a lot of questions). "I texted a request early in the morning and had a response within a few hours and he came to the house that evening. He gave me the option to fix the few tiles (which he felt would be a temporary fix) or to pull everything up and put down concrete board and retile. I chose to have him retile. The work was started 4 days later and completed the next day (Christmas Eve). They took care to pull up the tiles so that they could be reused. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems. I have had to fix and paint some trim but Paul said at the time that he and his crew do not paint and that I should expect to have to do some painting where they had to tear out the baseboards. Overall, I am happy."
