I was so impressed by Phil Halliburton, owner of the company, that I think I would have selected his company even if his estimate had not been the best price. Phil listened to me explain my needs and creatively offered alternatives. I was concerned about financing and he said that he said he didn't offer financing because it would increase the cost he would need to quote. When I asked if he needed a retainer to start the project he said that I could simply write a check when the project was complete to my satisfaction. Phil's team replaced all 20 of my windows one day. I was so impressed with the skill and experience to solve every problem encountered. the returned in two days to complete finishing touched. I am completely delighted with all the results."

"We contracted on 10/22/19 with Champion to have all the windows replaced in our home. It was nothing but errors after that point. Our salesman did not count our windows correctly (was off by two) and that had to be corrected before he got out the door. He also told us the windows would be installed by Thanksgiving. The next person to come to our house was a week later than expected. We then discovered that our salesman did not write in the correct column on the bid so grids had not been included. After getting that worked out we were told our windows were ordered but would not be installed until mid December. On 11/27 got a call from yet another person saying that **corporate** had kicked our contract back because the profit margins were too thin so Champion was backing out of our deal. We had a signed contract (which obviously meant nothing to them) and they had our 25% deposit since 10/21. Was told there was no recourse. We were treated badly through the whole process. I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with them that they cannot be trusted to stand by their signed contract and have little regard for the inconveniences they put homeowners through. Do not do business with this company."
