The crew were so efficient and the cleanup of our yard was so good would not know such extensive work had been completed. New roof looks so good. "Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"

"The entire job was meticulously performed from start to finish. It involved a high precision stone cutting. This company has a very hard working crew. They are dedicated and very kind. They cleaned up the construction site every day before they left. The machinery were covered and all the tools were put away. Bryan came often to supervise the job and give instructions. He communicated with me before, during and after the entire process. Bryan is also a very good adviser, he had elegant architectural ideas. He helped me to chose the materials and recommended the right plants and shrubs for the landscaping. I have and I will continue to recommend this company to neighbors, friends and family. I will use this company in the future again and again."

"The work about is not what they did but siding is not included in the list. Seems they have blocked access to google reviews and now I know why. They did siding, soffits, flashing and caulking. They came back twice to fix their work, but the flashing and caulking are still incomplete. Workers urinated outside on site in front of my tenants. His worker lied straight to my face several times about the leaking flashing. Now I will pay another company to fix their work. Its not right! They have been promising for months to fix the work but no action. Rob Jr. is definitely NOT his Dad."
