It is a pretty good warranty, and I have used it few times. They charge $25 to show up, and evaluate to see if it falls under the warranty. Multiple times, I don't get anyone to show up to the house for less than $100-$150, when it comes to these types of things. They charge $25 for a service call fee. Every time I have used them, warranty had covered it. They had done $230 worth of warranty cover work to my air conditioning system. It is a good program. They have very extensive warranty compare to the electric company. During the emergency or if the device or appliance had stopped working completely, then they show up on time."
