"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

Details: When in the first hour or two Egli Plumbing saw a problem with the new replacement heater they'd brought with (apparently this is very rare), they spent the time to get another new replacement heater the same day (Sunday), then got it installed and tested, also the same day. Long day for them; I am happy hot water is working again so quickly. Recommended!"

"Great experience from the first time I made a request on HomeAdvisor. Leo called me within 5 minutes to inquire about my service. He came within 2 hours that same day to give me a free estimate and determine what work including all the permits needed to be done. I picked a relatively short turn around time to complete the work which included upgrading from 100 amps to 200 amps and taking out and installing new box and outside circuitry. Leo gave me a written estimate, itemized and emailed it to me and work was done within a week. When his team arrived they were on time with all of the necessary supplies and started working. One of the most details I saw in his work was that he was there at the work site the entire time making sure his crew was doing everything right and completing the work on time. It was about 7-8 hour job and Leo was there the entire time. I was impressed with what I saw I decided to ask for another task which included another light fixture in front of the garage because I knew he would do a good job.
