He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "Overall I was very happy with the install of the ceramic tile until the next day. The haze didn't come off. We washed and washed, cleaned the water, scrubbed and washed even more. Used vinegar and water, googled the problem for solutions and finally had to hire a floor cleaning company to come in and treat the floor with an acid to breakup the grout haze. Was told they didn't change the water and clean their sponge nearly enough. Now the floor looks great after paying another $250 to have the floor cleaned. Next time I will pay closer attention."
