"This job was a total replacement of the front of my home due to hurricane/water damage. Jay was very responsive and helpful as I was dealing with my insurance company. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "Chris & Mark screens was very professional, asked the right questions, and constructed a very nice and strong screen enclosure. There were a few minor details missed, but the overall job was designed and assembled specifically for my patio. First they came and removed the old screen, recommended a facia section to be replaced where the old screen was attached and a person to do it. This was done with very good results. Next the concrete workers did their job removing the small pebbles of worn Chattahoochee and coating the underlying concrete with a nice surface. The Chris and Mark Screen came and erected the new screen enclosure. Very happy with the results."

When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem.
