He then told me the type and size of doors to order, and provided a written estimate for the work via e-mail. He showed up right when he said he would, and worked on the job full-time over a couple of days. He brought in other people to help cut the proper opening in the concrete wall and to replace the interior tongue in groove paneling, supervising their work the entire way.
