"Israel and his team were excellent. Israel is very responsive and his team was skilled and worked quick. We had a washer leak that caused damage to our laminate flooring. We decided to remove all the laminate flooring and tile, about 1000 sq ft, and replace with vinyl it was demoed in two days and the new vinyl and base boards done in another three. We had several change requests throughout the project and Israel and his guys adjusted quickly to what we needed. The workmanship is very good, his availability and communication is better than most contractors I've worked with and all within a reasonable price. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for home renovation work."

"Good install upon completion. Dips in lawn occurred after one year. Grass doesn’t look very real, but i knew that going into the contract. Works good for rental property. My personal home has a much more real appearance."

"The workmanship of the fence was very good. The workers were professional and kept the area clean after working. We did have an issue with the quote / cost of the new fence. I was able to speak with the owner James and he made sure he took care of our concern right away. I would reccomend them for your next fence. We have already referred one neighbor to Tioga Fence and Lumber , i am sure there will be more to come."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. My toilet had overflowed and caused significant water damage to the bathroom trim, leaving me stressed about the mess and repairs. He was incredibly polite and took the time to explain every step of the repair process, ensuring I was comfortable with the work being done. His communication was excellent, and he kept me informed throughout the project. Not only did he fix the overflowing toilet efficiently, but he also replaced the damaged trim and it looks amazing! My bathroom looks as good as new, and the quality of his work truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, polite, and dependable, I definitely recommend him for any repair or renovation needs."
