If for some reason the RARE occasion arrises that there is a slight delay, there is a good reason and there is clear and early communication about any changes. Quality: My wife and I have been beyond impressed with the quality of Zach and his team's work. From preserving our pine wood walls after putting in a closet, to intricate tile work in the bathroom, to the BEAUTIFUL decks he and his team built for us. You can tell that Zach loves his work, and he has a team that invests themselves in the work as if they are working on their own home. Professionalism. Zach and his entire team are incredibly pleasant to work with. Friendly, hard working, dedicated, and skilled. Anytime they finish a project, the clean up is pristine. Zach is also always willing to help with decision making when choices are overwhelming (we have often been in this scenario), but he is very skilled at balancing suggestions with autonomy.
