This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

It’s difficult to imagine someone tearing out over twenty sash windows, two large picture windows, a kitchen window, and a French door without ruining the siding, destroying the interior trim, and generally making a mess of things. "PERFECT! PERFECT! AND MORE PERFECT! <br />  We found this place called Trust Builders, LLC, on Angie's List  (Of Course), and James (people call him Jim) had answered the phone. I called him up on the phone letting him know what the situation was, and how bad it was. Jim did a perfect job with everything that he did here. First of all, this is a very hard working man. I have never seen anyone take out LARGE portions of walls apart, so meticulously, so perfectly neat and with precision skill. The wall sections that were damaged were removed and discarded. Jim gets right down there in the wall, and takes out ALL of the dangerous BLACK MOLD by removing that harmful horror that we lived with for so many years. He was working so vigorously and managed to vacuum out everything that was such a difficult and tedious job. <br /> Jim worked for many hours on his first day at the house, RE-building the beams that rotted out on the first wall that needed work. Everything to perfection. The next and last visit to work here, was just as industrious and he just works his heart out. This guy worked so hard, we felt that he was really true to his word. He gave us a written estimate of EXACTLY what work needed to be done, and to the mark, we paid that exact price. In fact, the verbal price we were quoted at the beginning was higher than what we actually paid, due to the fact that the second wall was not as rotted as the first, and required less work. Jim told us that himself, he didn't mince words or take extra because it didn't require as much work as the first wall. Jim KNOWS this business. He acts like a  PROFESSIONAL throughout, he was prompt, and got started almost immediately. All I can say is, a job like this takes a lot of precision. If a contractor doesn't do the work correctly, harsh chemical black rot irritants could become airborne. He was very careful and we got kicked out of the room to the upstairs (nicely) for our safety. He cleaned every bit of the areas that were worked on, that the area didn't even seem like anyone worked there. Only that it looked so much better. Great Job. If you know anything about carpentry, if it isn't done right, it becomes a real big problem.  The price that we received for all of this work was unbelievably reasonable. VERY REASONABLE FOR ALL OF THE WORK THAT WAS REQUIRED OF THIS JOB. Friendly, Professional, Business - Like, and knows the business. Is there ANY reason to use anyone else? I recommend Jim for this type of work. You wouldn't believe all of the other beautiful woodwork he does. I've seen it in pictures.  Everything as promised here both in work detail and in price.  WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY? AT THE END OF THE DAY, WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED.
