"The men of MWR did a fantastic job on my master bath remodel. I had started the job myself 2 years ago but lost the physical ability to complete it after just doing the demo of the old shower. tub, and tile floor. MWR was actually willing to come in and complete the job for my wife and I. Many contractors will not do that for you. I wanted a high end steam shower kit installed and they did that as will as a new vanity with marble top. They removed and sided over an existing window and added a new window where we wanted one. They also added seamless vinyl flooring that my wife and I prefer over tile or wood. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. So much so they are rebuilding our back deck and re-siding our home."

"Revamp finished one of two walk in showers. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. Our shower looks beautiful. They were very professional and easy to work with. The installer was nothing short of awesome. They even cleaned up afterwards better than any other contractor I have worked with."

"Victor arrived at our new home which we had just closed on with a helper 5 minutes early. Having purchased the home thru foreclosure, the carpets were filthy and the exterior siding was covered with a dark algae film/ discoloration. Victor was very courteous and knowledgeable, he explained what he could do, what to expect and what each service would cost, there were no hidden charges. We had the air ducts cleaned and sanitized, the siding pressure washed, a sofa, loveseat and chair shampooed and cleaned as well as having all the carpeting pretreated, scrubbed and steam cleaned. We are ecstatic with the results! The carpets and upholstery are totally clean, look great and do not need to be replaced. The air ducts are  clean and all the dirt and film was removed from the siding. I will have these guys out again every 6 months to maintain the carpets. I recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide!

"Everything went well except that I thought I bought 2 hour service but technician mentioned I bought 1 hour service. He installed everything within an hour and left. I could have used additional hour to work on other a few other electric issues. When I check the service, I did but 2 hour service not 1 hour service. I did not get 2 hour service as I expected."

I was in a hurry to get flooring installed in my newly finished basement and they were able to work it out to where they came out the same day I contacted them for an estimate. Not only that, but they were also able to move their schedule around a little bit to accommodate my rush and complete the project only a few days later. They were also able to do it an amazing price, much less than a couple other estimates that I received. Their communication is great, they are professional and they did a great job on the flooring (LVP and carpet). I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future projects."

"Overall - just fair.
It was difficult to manage the job remotely, but the simple elements of attention todetail were missing.
I was given a time that the work would start, and it kept changing., and a time that the work would be completed which was not kept to.
The core work of replacing the walls, tile etc was done to a good standard, it was the additional elements that were paid for that caused the trouble. Removal of a shower screen in the second bathroom left sealant all arount, holes in the wall unfilled, and the shower curtain pole not fitted. I had to call again to get the work finished, taking extra time.
It was an unusual job that I was managing remotely, and the co
mpany handled that well - but overall the attention to detail was just missing for me, so I would not hire them again.
