"We are a commercial business. I needed a plumber. Remedy answered the call. The company kept me informed regarding their scheduled show up time. Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. Well, guess what! Chris figured out the problem with the automatic flusher was related to bad batteries. Guess what they charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. NOTHING!!! $0.00!!! Who does that? In these times, it's refreshing to see a service company like Remedy Plumbing be the honest contractor!!! My faith in these guys, Chris and his supervisor, Eric, is off the charts!!! Remedy Plumbing, Chris the Plumber and Eric the Boss, I thank you!!! I will definitely call you when we have another plumbing issue!!! Scotty"

"Betsy Vega, John Willis, Grayson F, David A, DaQuan S, Nick G, Roman C and Cody H did a wonderful job. And as you can see from the pictures, they absolutely did rock it out. Cody is now my official “Crawlspace Hotline.” The leadership, customer care, workforce care and commitment to sticking with the job until its done right are the qualities any customer would hope to experience. In the beginning, Mount Valley made me feel like family, and in the end, Mount Valley took care of me like they would any member of their family--- and I will always be grateful that I chose them."
