"The crew (Bair and Jesse) did a great job. They had a couple of helpers with the demo, but the installation was done by just these two. It's pretty clear that these guys have done a lot of countertops. A good bit of field work was required to get nice square joints and smooth edges, and they handled everything professionally. They were also very personable and easy to work with. There were a few rough edges from the demolition, and these guys went to extra trouble to fix these, including a piece of casing to cover a rough edge left in a wall under the countertop. They coordinated with their plumber Jesse, who came as they were finishing to give us a working sink, and his work was up to the same high standard. We are very pleased with the countertop, and I would recommend Smart Stone to anyone considering a countertop."

They re-did my entire kitchen with quartz and porcelain countertops, my 3 bathrooms with quartz vanities, and my living room bar top with quartz. It was a big job, with very large and heavy pieces, but Zsolt got it all done in 3 days, including demolition. Everyone who now comes to my house is in amazed and probably a bit jealous.... lol Also, if worried about COVID-19, everyone at the office/Showroom wears face masks and the installers wear both face masks and gloves during installing. All of the subs (plumbing, tile, shower glass, etc.) were on time, professional and skilled. It was an extensive remodel and turned out beautifully. We also decided to use his services to install wood flooring in 4 bedrooms and that also went very well. Great results and experience!"

"Before calling Cherie I called 2 other granite companies - both said they would return my call, and 3 week later neither have called me back. I called Cherie, and she answered on the 2nd ring, she was super helpful, I sent her my info, and the next morning she was calling me with questions. The 2nd day she was at my home doing a template for the granite. We had a tough deadline - a week and a half before a holiday party at our home. Cherie did her magic and the finished product was installed as promised. During the process Cherie was very detailed on how the mantle needed to be secured, ect - I am not handy, but she was in direct contact with my contractor on multiple occasions. Cherie is passionate about her work, and you can tell once you meet her."

"I recently purchased a home that had significant water damage to an exterior wall.  I got estimates from multiple people and initially went with another company since Gary's price was a little higher due to the fact he wanted to do a more extensive rebuild.  After the first company I hired dug into the wall they realized the damage was worse than they thought and they were not licensed to do what needed to be done.  I called Gary back and he came by the very next morning to assess the situation.  He honored his earlier estimate even though what the other company had messed up was going to take him more work to fix.  Once he started working, he realized that whoever initially built the wall had not done a good job and some things were not up to code, which again created more work for him.  We eventually got everything put back together for roughly the initial estimate, even after the additional materials and labor. <br /> A month or two after he finished the work, my roof developed a leak near where he had been working.  Even though it was likely not his fault (I had a new roof installed by a different company right around the same time), simply because there was a small chance that it might have been, he returned multiple times to troubleshoot where the leak was coming from.  He eventually completely redid a small portion of the roof in the area where the leak was and that fixed the problem.  Meanwhile, the new doorjamb that he had installed warped slightly due to the Florida humidity, causing the door to become crooked.  He came and fixed this problem also, no questions asked. <br /> I am a first-time homeowner, meaning I didn't know a lot going into this process .  Gary was and continues to be extremely helpful.  In my opinion he is a very trustworthy and skilled contractor."
