"After reading his great reviews on Angie’s List, I knew I wanted to contact him about 2 GFCI outlets that were not working. I called him to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix both of them since he provides free phone estimates. He took his time on the phone explaining his pricing and his pricing seemed reasonable so I decided to hire him. I had multiple problems with my outlets. The outlets had a loose connection and there was a short. He spent in total about 3.5 hours trying to fix it. One of the times that he thought it was fixed, we tested both outlets and both worked so I paid him and he left. About 10 minutes after he left, I called him to tell him it wasn’t working and he said he he would come back immediately. He came back right away and this time the problem was fixed for good. He gave me a 6 month warranty on the outlets too. Ken is an honest guy and he’s really friendly too. At a time when most contractors are taking advantage of this pandemic and overcharging, Ken is clearly not. After he got paid and left, he could have not answered my phone call or told me he would come back a different day because he had other appointments to get to. Obviously he didn’t do that. He cares about helping people and doing the right thing for the customer. Needless to say, he will be the first person that I call the next time I have an electrical problem."

He gave me some options and patterns on lighting , dimming and areas to put lights to Maximize brightness . He also put other light fixtures in my backyard. "The electricians did a pretty good job, were prompt and careful maneuvering the ladder they needed to bring into the unit. Carrie and Jeremy on the phone were very nice and communicated well. Giving 4 stars because the electricians had to come back twice because they got the wrong parts from their supplier and didn’t appear to know which part they needed. For $250/hr I’d expect an electrician to know the right transformer needed for a light and the right bulbs to use. So the actual job to diagnose and fix the issue with the right parts took an hour or less but with all the back and forth with the supplier it became much longer. I had to call the office after the invoice came through and we worked it out. Just wish the guys got it right the first time so the cost would have truly reflected the work."

"Manny replaced an existing plug for a 240 line we had for our clothes dryer. Due to poor construction, the wires in the wall were damaged (the contractor did not leave enough slack in the wire). When the new dryer was installed, it could not get power. Manny returned the same day to fix the problem, finished the dryer installation (a little above and beyond for an electrician, I should think), and did not charge me for the additional visit. Manny charged reasonably, stood by his work, and did not leave until he was sure we were completely satisfied. I intend to call him for any of our electrical needs."
