However, I ended up paying a substantially higher price for a service that was subpar. I live in a modest-sized one bedroom apartment that was not, by any means, dirty to begin with and yet the stove was not cleaned, the floors were cleaned haphazardly and the price certainly didn't reflect the work performed. I reached out to the business owner to alert her to the fact that the service was substandard (especially after paying substantially more than I should have) and I received an initial response defending the cleaner, and no attempt to make the issue right with me. Overall I found them to be disappointing, expensive and lacking in customer service. I would not hire again."
