I hired MasterFix LLC from Angi, and he gave me a quote: one low price for completing three items or a high price for completing all four items. We agreed on the high price to finish all four items at once. However, during the work, he only finished three items and refused to do the last one. He said he hadn't examined the issue in detail previously and that it required a different professional. Despite this, he still wants to charge me the high price for the three items he completed, not the low price. He even threatened not to leave until he got paid the high price. I will not hire MasterFix again as he does not keep his promises."
