Josh was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what had been done incorrectly the last time the roof was replaced, and the steps that would be taken to remedy the situation. The estimate appointment lasted about an hour between examining the roof and reviewing the products / answering any questions we had. We appreciated that it wasn't a 2.5 hour song and dance like other roofing companies had done. The estimate was not the lowest we received (nor the highest), but was within reason, and we got what we paid for- in this case, a professional, efficient installation with an excellent warranty.
