"First exterminator was unable to look inside the nest - too high up. He did spray inside the space but recommended that we call again if the bees were still active. They were, so we called and said the technician needed a longer ladder. This one did and as of mid day on day one after the treatment the bees are still very active. We were told to wait 3 days... so - we will see. Third visit may be the charm. Except for the too short ladder on visit # 1 all the exterminators have been helpful. Hopefully,if we run into this next year, we will call for help earlier."

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"I didn't know pest control could be so easy. We suffered from mice issues at our last house and just kept playing the game of setting traps over and over again. When we moved last fall, the house we bought was beautiful but had mouse droppings everywhere and I mean everywhere. I did a ton of research and read hundreds of reviews, and with that, I chose Sergio's Pest Control. Sergio's sent a technician named Kurt, and he did a complete inspection and located all of the tiny access points on the outside of the house, set traps and then later that day sent me a complete report that included any access points with descriptions and pictures. We then hired someone to come and fill and secure all of the access points, based on the thorough report that we received. As scheduled, Sergio's came back, checked traps and we did find one mouse in a trap but it was determined it was trapped inside when we sealed the outside. Now 10 months later we have not even found one live mouse anywhere in our home. I'm sad that the previous owner had to deal with this but I'm happy we were finally able to take control of the situation. Tomorrow Sergio's is coming back to treat the inside and outside for insects (ants, earwigs, centipedes, etc) and I am SO LOOKING FORWARD to not having to find and kill random earwigs all summer.
