"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. "This was a somewhat challenging job from the start in that two 40 circuits had to be pulled from our breaker box (which was already full) to a central location in our house on the second floor (through the truss work). The electrical work had to be choreographed with the plumbers who installed the tankless water heaters. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Due to the nature of the job it required several trips to our home, but the finished product looks very nice. I cannot express how comforting it is to work with a punctual, conscientious, and competent service technician."
